Photograph 24
The corner of Main and Exchange streets looks very different in this 1890 photograph. The corner today is darkened by the I-190 overpass bridges and the only noticable buildings are the Memorial Auditorium and the Marine Midland Tower.

This view is looking up Main Street which in itself is very different in this day and age. The street is littered with the workings of the Light Rail Rapid Transit System so it's almost impossible to belive that this was once the heart of the downtown business district.
