January in Buffalo is enough for any one of us to cry "I surrender!" and give up all hope of ever seeing the sun again. But on the corner of Main and Utica, there was a place where you could go to forget your shoveling blues and get light on your feet -- The Dellwood Ballroom. Back in the "dime-a-dance" days, local big bands played while you and your sweetheart created your own 90 degree sauna. And why drive your car in the blizzard when you could ride on one of Buffalo's finest trolleys. (Back when there was such a thing.)
